In 1965, Robert N. Stockton started Lann Chemical & Supply Company in Aberdeen, MS. Aberdeen proved to be the ideal location for a janitorial and maintenance supply business because there were no other suppliers in the area.

In the early beginning Lann Chemical was a branch of Lann and Stockton Enterprises, which also owned Lann Hardware. In 1985, Lann Chemical was placed under Stockton Enterprises where it has prospered into the corporation it is today. This business services all of northeast MS and the majority of northwest AL.
